Congratulations to Chloe Lockwood, who represented our school at the Elmore Inter-school Equestrian State Qualifier Event.
Chloe competed in the 90cm showjumping and the 95cm Combined Training competitions, and joined up with some riders from The Scots School Albury to make a team. She placed first in both the showjumping events and 4th in the combined training. This gave her Champion Senior Showjumper for the event and the team placed 5th overall. Chloe has now qualified for the Victorian State Championships and possible selection to compete at the National Interschool Championships next year.

As part of the preparation for the Plenary Council in 2020,
Xavier is commencing the journey of listening to God by listening to one another. We have all been invited to engage in an open and inclusive process of listening, dialogue and discernment about the future of the Catholic Church in Australia.
Stay tuned for opportunities for your voice to be heard, because your voice is needed – join in! Speak boldly and with passion, listen with an open and humble heart. With faith and guided by God’s Holy Spirit, we journey together, toward the future.
Plenary Council Prayer
Come, Holy Spirit of Pentecost.
Come, Holy Spirit of the great South Land.
O God, bless and unite all your people in Australia
and guide us on the pilgrim way of the Plenary Council.
Give us the grace to see your face in one another
and to recognise Jesus, our companion on the road.
Give us the courage to tell our stories
and to speak boldly of your truth.
Give us ears to listen humbly to each other
and a discerning heart to hear what you are saying.
Lead your Church into a hope-filled future,
that we may live the joy of the Gospel.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord,
bread for the journey from age to age.
Amen.
Our Lady Help of Christians, pray for us.
St Mary MacKillop, pray for us.

Could $500 help you with High School costs?
Parents have just spent their hard earned money on winter uniforms and winter sports fees and soon enough will be paying for summer registrations, or final payments on their school camps. Saver Plus is looking to assist those families that are eligible, and in turn your schools with the same out of pocket costs next year.
