National Health and Physical Education Day Video 2016

Late last term on September 14th it was National Health & Physical Education Day.

In light and celebration of this day our Students & Staff at Xavier took part in being outdoors and active for the entire day on Friday the 16th of September. Check out a few of our fun activities throughout the day below!
